Venue rules

• Tournament charges are quoted separately — please contact the site manager.
• Wear appropriate sports attire and shoes while playing.
• Be present at the venue 10 minutes prior to the booked slot.
• Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or any injuries caused during the match.
• Cancellation is subject to the venue in case of rain.
• If more than 18 players are on one pitch, it is counted as a tournament and rates differ.
• No outside food or water allowed. Additional royalty charges apply if food or water is brought from outside.
• Additional royalty charges apply for DJ, sound, or live streaming.
• Additional electricity charges apply if customer equipment consumes electricity.
• No smoking.
• No drinking.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 12 hours from the slot start time. 50% refundable if cancellation is made 12 hours before the slot start time. 100% refundable if cancellation is made 24 hours before the slot start time.

Booking can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the slot start time. Rescheduling is based on slot prices — any amount to be paid or refunded depends on the difference in slot prices. Credits, coupons and split payments are not applicable for such bookings. Once rescheduled, a booking cannot be rescheduled or cancelled again.
